Subtask 3.1 Develop QAPP for sampling protocol
DQOs and a QAPP will be developed under the requirements specified by the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board and the Environmental Protection Agency.
The surface water quality monitoring program will provide baseline data to identify areas impacted by salinity. Portable sampling and flow measuring equipment will be utilized to monitor specific reaches of the Basin. Intensive reconnaissance efforts will be utilized to identify and target specific areas of concern.
Deliverables for this Subtask
A QAPP will be submitted to and approved by appropriate regulatory agencies. The QAPP will provide protocols for gathering and analyzing data throughout this Project.
