Dr. Charles Hart serves as the overall Project Leader and is based in Stephenville .
Hart is Professor and Associate Department Head in the Department of Ecosystem Science and Management at Texas A&M University and a Texas AgriLife Extension Service Range Specialist.
Specific tasks and subtasks Hart will be involved include:
- Developing a baseline assessment of the Pecos River basin (Task 1).
- Developing the educational components of the project (Task 2).
- Quantifying the fate of water salvaged in the basin as a result of saltcedar control activities (Subtask 3.3).
