Lucas Gregory is a Project Manager at the Texas Water Resources Institute in College Station, Texas.
Tasks and subtasks that Gregory will be involved with for this project include:
- Providing the final report of Basin Assessment, educational programming and monitoring (Subtask 4.1).
- Producing the final Watershed Protection Plan for the Pecos River Segments 2312, 2311, and 2310 based on criteria set forth in the FY 04 guidelines (Subtask 4.2).
- Developing quarterly progress reports
