Mr. Wayne Belzer is an Environmental Protection Specialist with the International Boundary and Water Commission and the Texas Clean Rivers Program. He is based in El Paso.
Tasks and Subtasks Belzer will be involved with for this project include:
- Surveying aquatic life and habitat (Subtask 1.3).
- Identifying and characterizing the volume and quality of water in tributaries to the Pecos River as well as springs in the basin (Subtask 1.4).
- Monitoring water quality characteristics, including total dissolved solids (TDS), total suspended solids (TSS), pH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), and electrical conductivity (Subtask 3.2).
- Developing a Quality Assurance Project Plan for sampling protocol (Subtask 3.1).
